Join our transformative team at Support and Solution Center MK and be at the forefront of AI innovation! As an AI Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI-generated content solutions within the MS365 infrastructure. Engage in essential operational and training activities as our day-to-day support specialist. Drive operational excellence and enhance user proficiency and satisfaction through impactful training.

Role Responsibilities:

* Design and Implementation: Collaborate with end users to design efficient prompts, Implement and test prompt interactions
* Optimize prompt performance across tools, and Research and adopt the latest prompt design trends on MS365 Copilot Support and Troubleshooting.
* Guide content and product teams on prompt engineering best practices: Offer daily support to users facing AI prompt problems, Communication and Collaboration
* Align prompt designs with project goals: Engage with end users to find effective solutions, Collaborate with content creators, product teams, and data scientists, Training and Knowledge Sharing.
* Conduct internal MS365 Copilot training (train the trainer): Document and share common prompt issues and resolutions, Foster knowledge sharing within the team, Continuous Learning and Reporting.
* Stay updated on AI and natural language processing advancements: Draft and distribute prompt performance and development reports, Technical Expertise.
* Proficiency in AI tools like MS365 Copilot: Maintain strong AI technical context to drive innovation in prompt design and support

Потребни квалификации

Role Requirements:

* Experience: Minimum 2-3 years as a support specialist,
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree, or similar by experience;
* Certifications: Relevant training/certifications showcasing deep AI understanding are a plus but not a must, training will be provided.
Skills: Proficiency in AI tools like Microsoft Copilot/ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 applications is also a plus.
* Communication: Strong communication skills and analytical, logical, curious and innovative mindset, clarity in conveying information, and documentation, fluent in English
* Soft skills: Teamwork, empathy, problem-solving, creativity, solution-driven, customer focus, time management, adaptability.
